Usage Process

  1. Clean surface: Clean the surface of the adhered or coated object and remove rust, dust, oil, etc.
  2. Gluing: unscrew (or cut open) the tube cap. Squeeze the glue to the cleaned surface, evenly distribute the glue, and hold the glued surface together.
  3. Drying: Place the well-made or sealed heating elements in the air and let them dry naturally. The drying process is from the surface to the insides.

During the drying process, within 24 hours (room temperature and 55% relative humidity), the adhesive will dryto a depth of 2~4 mm. If the location of the part is deeper, especially parts that are not contactable to the air, it will take longer to dry completely. If the surrounding temperature is lower than room temperature, the drying time will also take longer to be completed. Before further processing or packaging of the bonded parts, it is recommended that the user wait long enough for the bonding to remain solid and intact.

Precautions

After an operation has been completed, the unused glue should be immediately sealed, and the cap tightened for storage. Upon subsequent usage, if there are crusts around the seal, it can be promptly removed, and typical use of the glue is not affected. In the process of storage, there may be a small amount of curing at the tube’s opening, which can be removed, and the glue can be used normally with the performance of the product unaffected.

TM-441 sealing glue

Instructions of sealing glue TM-441

The sealing glue is made of single component, non-toxic, solvent-free, non-polluting, non-corrosive, temperature resistance: -60 ~ +300 ℃, after exposure in the normal temperature, contacting a little moisture in the air, it will become solide. With excellent electrical insulation and arc resistance, it is specially used for bonding, sealing, insulation for electric heaters, steam iron and electronic appliances.

The performance of the glue is equivalent to the Japanese 441 glue, especially has a strong adhesion for the wall of metal pipe. For the electric heater, it not only can solve the problem of cracks which caused by electroplating polishing, but also can eliminate fundamentally a series of problems of getting damp, fake sealing, bubbles, decreasing of insulation resistance.
